If you have a google account – you can use this Google Sheets version of the CYC Roster and Scoresheet.
To access, click the provided link and it will prompt you login into your google account (if not already logged on) and to “Make a copy” of the form. Once the form loads and opens in Google Sheets, you can fill in the Roster Form (highlighted areas only) and it will Auto-Fill the scoresheet below.
Once you have filled out the Roster, you can Print a copy for yourself. If you need to email a copy to your Organization Rep – Select Download –> PDF –> Export and then email it.
