2024 CYC Prep Roster v1 – List players in “Alphabetical Order by Last Name”

          Complete all available sections.

2024 CBO Prep Scoresheet v1 – List players in “Uniform Number Order”

          Complete the following sections:  Organization, Team Name, Division (checkbox), Uniform Number and Player Name (First and Last)

2024 CBO Timers Sheet – List players in Uniform Number Order and Last Name, First Initial

          Complete the following sections:  Division (checkbox), Team Name, Last Name, First Initial, Uniform Number

Once you have filled out the Roster – “Save as a PDF” to save your edits.  Print a copy for yourself and/or Email to your Team/Org Rep as directed.

Once you have filled out the Scoresheet and Timers Sheet – “Save as a PDF” to save your edits.  Print and bring both to each game and hand to score keeper prior to game starting.
